Privacy Policy
SysGlass collects the minimum data needed to run diagnostics, operate accounts, deliver monitoring alerts, sync encrypted app data, and measure aggregate site usage when analytics consent is granted. We do not sell personal data.
Account
Email address, session metadata, and sign-in device details used to authenticate and protect the account.
Diagnostics
Domains, IPs, URLs, hosts, and ports you submit so SysGlass can run the selected checks and return results.
Monitoring
Targets, monitor settings, check results, server-agent snapshots, and alert history needed to provide monitoring.
Mail tests
One-time recipient address, message headers, authentication results, spam/security signals, and the generated report. Raw message content is bounded and used only to produce the report.
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent is granted. SysGlass disables ad personalization signals and uses analytics for aggregate site measurement.
Push
APNs or FCM device token, platform, and device label so alerts can be delivered to your devices.
WireGuard VPN
The iOS VPN tunnel connects your device to WireGuard servers you configure. SysGlass is not a VPN provider, does not relay your tunnel traffic, and does not log packets, browsing activity, DNS queries, or traffic contents from the tunnel.
Vault
Opaque encrypted vault items and envelopes. SysGlass stores ciphertext and metadata needed to sync; it does not receive your plaintext secrets.
Retention and Deletion
Account-owned data is kept while your account is active or while a public diagnostic session is still valid. Deleting your account removes account-owned monitors, push devices, targets, vault ciphertext, connection profiles, DMARC monitors, sessions, and identities from the backend. The iOS app also wipes its local vault metadata, saved servers, connection profiles, known hosts, audits, and diagnostic records after account deletion completes.
Mail-test addresses expire. SysGlass stores the scored report needed to show the result; message handling is bounded and only used for the requested analysis.
